SALES CONSULTANT (AUTOMOTIVE)

Job Description:

To understand and explain the automobiles’ characteristics, capabilities, features and contrasting competing models to potential customers.
To build rapport with prospects and present customers by providing helpful suggestions regarding sales, trade-in of vehicles, and all related matters.
To provide opinions in accordance to the customers’ needs / requirements in a vehicle.
To close sales and ensure all sales procedures are being followed cautiously.
To submit sales report to the immediate Superior periodically.

Job Requirements

SERVICE ADVISOR (AUTOMOTIVE)

Job Description:

Receiving and attending customers by providing a high standard of customer service.
Identifying and responding to customer’s need.
To advise and follow up with customer on technical / delivery / pricing or any additional charges issues.
To prepare quotation and job sheet accordingly.
To investigate into customers’ complaints and rectify the problem by coming up with recommendations of
possible solutions.
To be in charge of the parts warranty claim (SAP system)..
To coordinate with Foreman / Technician to prepare TAR or QIR for Technical Department.
Any other duties assigned by Superior / Management.
Reports to Service Manager.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification of SPM or its equivalent.
Candidates with working experience of 2 years or more in the Automotive industry are welcomed to apply.
Must be computer literate.
Immediate position.

PARTS ASSISTANT (AUTOMOTIVE)

Job Description:

To supervise daily ordering/dispensing of parts to workshop.
To provide advice on part requests to relevant personnel.
To keep track of daily stock transactions and ensure that the physical stocks are tally with system.
To issue delivery order and update filing system after placing an order.
To prepare and generate
Report from SAP System monthly and monitor the overall stock level.
Other necessary relevant general tasks and any other duties specified by Superior/the Management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification of SPM or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years (or more) of similar working experiences in the Automotive industry.
Must be computer literate.
Immediate position.
